The Humane Society Legislative Fund was formed in 2004 as a separate lobbying affiliate of The Humane Society of the United States. HSLF works to pass animal protection laws at the state and federal levels, to educate the public about animal protection issues, and to support humane candidates for office.
While The HSUS and other animal welfare organizations tackle a vast array of issues in the education, prevention and response of animal cruelty and suffering, there is a recognition that passing critical legislation to protect animals on the federal and state levels must be an important component of the humane movement. HSLF works to ensure that animals have a voice throughout the halls of Congress and with the thousands of federal and state lawmakers in a position to pass legislation to address the suffering and abuse of animals.

The Anti-DogFighting Campaign are the ones who devote our lives to save the victims of dog fighting and battling for harsh punishment for the offenders who commit these crimes. We are the ones who battle for stronger laws to be made in countries who have no laws to stop this horrendous blood bath some call "sport". We are the ones who go to schools, expos, public meetings, rallies,...etc to speak out for the breed and we are the voice of all those victims in need to be heard.

PAWS Pet Foundation is a Florida non-profit organization with the scope of building a True Non-Kill shelter in Florida to house distressed pets, assist existing shelters on the re-location their excess population, provide free/low cost Spay/Neuter services for pet owners which are under-resourced or leaving in areas where there should be greatest need.
PAWS Pet Foundation will work then indeed very hard on reducing the staggering number of pets which are been euthanized every day for either lack of resources in shelters or for simple negligence of their caretakers.
PAWS Pet Foundation is going to be a very transparent non-profit organization where all of the money been donated will be 100% applied towards the well being of each Pet under our care.
PAWS Pet Foundation has ongoing project of opening a Lo/No-Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic in South Florida ..

See: www.hslf.org Score Cards.  We must all make, constant, contact with our elected officials to communicate what animals need! 
PAAA has at least 2 rallies a year. Our spring rally is for "Legislation", and done at our  state capitals on the same day across this nation.

With that being said, the voting public wants better laws for protection, and stiffer penalties for abusers of animal cruelty, neglect and "shelter reform."  PAAA keeps in contact with candidates by emails, letters and phone calls.
