Dave is generalist with skill sets in large scale wildlife field capture, project implementation, disaster response, and other animal related programs. Technically trained economist, journalist- practical experiences are all in animal related specialities like Sheltering, Public education, Swift Water Rescue, Fire Response, Animal Search and Rescue, High/Low Angle, Large Animal Extraction, Chemical Immobilization and Immunocontraception. Dave have proudly served four years in the US Navy, and as Animal Incident Commander is large national disasters like the 97 Red River Floods and 2005 Hurricane Katrina.

Paws2Help is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) corporation, that provides, in conjunction with Altitude Veterinary Hospital (formerly Popish Veterinary Clinic), medical care, grooming and boarding for animals housed at Metro Animal Control and for homeless animals that need medical care before going to forever homes or rescues.
**Please Note: Paws2Help  are unable to accept relinquished animals. Referrals will be provided to rescues with facilities or to Metro Animal Control, Casper, Wy.**
Paws2Help value furever homes and will crosspost on our social media if your pet is in need of a home.

As the Florida State Director for the Humane Society of the United States- Kate MacFall works on a wealth of animal welfare issues, including statewide legislation and programs designed to protect companion animals and wildlife. She is also one of the founders of the Animal Shelter Foundation, a non-profit organization created by volunteers to support the animals in the care of Tallahassee Animal Services Center. Kate has been a foster mom for more than ten years, personally helping countless pets find their new forever homes.
The HSUS works in Florida to support animal welfare legislation, fight animal cruelty in all forms, and engage citizens to promote the protection of animals. Help advocate for laws to protect animals in Florida.

Blue Angel's name was created in honor of our first two rescues, beautiful blue nose Pitt Bull sisters, Paris Skye and Diamond.
We network nationwide to rescue & get shelter dogs on death row exposure for rescue. We are also very involved in our community offering help finding lost dogs,providing needed items to those in need for their dogs such as straw,food & shelter for dogs .even help with fencing,we help network dogs that need to be re homed,we respond to all calls for dogs in need after hours when animal control is not avail. we talk with people,educate & provide resources
We hope to educate the public to Pit Bull discrimination. Another hope is to to change laws to reverse Breed-Specific Legislation across the nation.

This indicates that neither Congress nor the BLM has any idea regarding what such a solution might be like, or even whether it exists at all.

Voice for Animals is a registered, non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of animals in a wide range of circumstances.. We believe that we must lend our voices to speak out for animals who are abused and exploited. Animals, whether domesticated or wild, need our advocacy since they have virtually no protection under human law. 
The extension of basic rights is a recognition of the independent value and the natural sanctity of the individual; it means not having to live with the fear of being harmed at the whim of, or for the benefit of others. Animals, like us, are sentient, that is, they feel pain, fear, frustration and loneliness and they too seek pleasure and a sense of well-being. Because animals cannot speak for themselves we must speak for them as allies and fight for justice.

Since 2006, THE TEAMformed and adopted its mission  to educate and promote responsible dog ownership, advocate and lobby for fair and effective laws for all breeds of dogs, to reacquaint and educate the community with what a Pit Bull is and is not, and provide all-breed dog training rehabilitation.
Since 1990, we have worked with all sorts of dogs in all sorts of homes/ living situations with varying degrees of behavioral problems.
From former fighting dogs to dogs coming from an abused background, from dogs pulled from their liter too young to dogs that have never lived in a home before... There is no canine behavioral issue we won't address.
With approximately*78.2 million domestic dogs in the United States; Responsible Dog Ownership and healthy, happy, social, and well-adjusted dogs in our community is more important than ever. With ALL dog owners doing their part, we can expect a community with minimal issues in dog bites and attacks, over-population, and nuisance animals.
