Mission:  This rescue was established by Jeff and Diana Coltenback in April 2010 after 10 years of private rescue work. Since 2001, They have been fostering, rehabilitating and re-homing homeless animals, specifically pit bulls and pit bull type dogs. They have been directly or indirectly responsible for re-homing thousands of animals; mostly dogs, but also cats, snakes, lizards, bunnies, gerbils, birds and much more. The rescue also provides low cost dog training and animal behavior evaluations to other rescues and shelters.  And, when the need arises, Pitty Rescue offers safe haven for dogs from other rescues.  Pitty Rescue also offers FREE fostering, training and evaluations to 501(c)3 organizations.

Dave is generalist with skill sets in large scale wildlife field capture, project implementation, disaster response, and other animal related programs. Technically trained economist, journalist- practical experiences are all in animal related specialities like Sheltering, Public education, Swift Water Rescue, Fire Response, Animal Search and Rescue, High/Low Angle, Large Animal Extraction, Chemical Immobilization and Immunocontraception. Dave have proudly served four years in the US Navy, and as Animal Incident Commander is large national disasters like the 97 Red River Floods and 2005 Hurricane Katrina.

As the Florida State Director for the Humane Society of the United States- Kate MacFall works on a wealth of animal welfare issues, including statewide legislation and programs designed to protect companion animals and wildlife. She is also one of the founders of the Animal Shelter Foundation, a non-profit organization created by volunteers to support the animals in the care of Tallahassee Animal Services Center. Kate has been a foster mom for more than ten years, personally helping countless pets find their new forever homes.
The HSUS works in Florida to support animal welfare legislation, fight animal cruelty in all forms, and engage citizens to promote the protection of animals. Help advocate for laws to protect animals in Florida.

We network nationwide to rescue & get shelter dogs on death row exposure for rescue. We are also very involved in our community offering help finding lost dogs,providing needed items to those in need for their dogs such as straw,food & shelter for dogs .even help with fencing,we help network dogs that need to be re homed,we respond to all calls for dogs in need after hours when animal control is not avail. we talk with people,educate & provide resources
We hope to educate the public to Pit Bull discrimination. Another hope is to to change laws to reverse Breed-Specific Legislation across the nation.

This indicates that neither Congress nor the BLM has any idea regarding what such a solution might be like, or even whether it exists at all.

Voice for Animals is a registered, non-profit organization dedicated to the protection of animals in a wide range of circumstances.. We believe that we must lend our voices to speak out for animals who are abused and exploited. Animals, whether domesticated or wild, need our advocacy since they have virtually no protection under human law. 
The extension of basic rights is a recognition of the independent value and the natural sanctity of the individual; it means not having to live with the fear of being harmed at the whim of, or for the benefit of others. Animals, like us, are sentient, that is, they feel pain, fear, frustration and loneliness and they too seek pleasure and a sense of well-being. Because animals cannot speak for themselves we must speak for them as allies and fight for justice.
